New Program

Concept Development: If you are at the beginning of the decision process to determine if, how or which direction to take in regards to adding a hyperbaric and wound care program, ProVision will be an integral part of that brainstorming session. We evaluate the options and develop a consensus around a preferred approach that best meets the needs of your organization and your patients.

Business Planning: ProVision Hyperbaric will assist you with your business planning process. We have various tools and resource to help determine the feasibility of adding a hyperbaric and wound care program.

Site Qualification: ProVision Hyperbaric will acquire necessary resources and perform a comprehensive review of the site to determine the installation parameters of a hyperbaric and wound care program with the supporting systems. Key recommendations will be made to determine viable options and to support a cost-effective and timely opening.

Site Pre-Development: ProVision Hyperbaric’s team will collaborate with the design team and provide them with our recommendations. We will verify plans and system drawings, during their development, to determine equipment, service and supply needs. Prior to completed plans being submitted for approval, we will review the design with the Engineer and Architect to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are sought and in place. Our team will collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction as needed.

Site Development: ProVision Hyperbaric will collaborate with all parties during the bidding, contracting, build-out, installation, commissioning and approval phases. Our team will coordinate with your local liaison to consult ongoing in the implementation of the project and track the progress of the project ensuring key milestones are met to have the Hyperbaric and Wound Care Clinic ready for a timely opening. We will negotiate with vendors to help you get the lowest price on chambers, ancillary equipment and services.

Wound Program Implementation: From basic wound care to a full service program, ProVision can support your needs in providing seamless care, marrying hyperbaric services and exploring other wound care options. ProVision will work with your facility to evaluate your existing program or build a new one to meet your unique needs. By offering a full spectrum of services, we can complement hyperbaric services with other advanced modalities to improve outcomes and provide a referral service for other areas of your facility such as surgery, diagnostic testing, and treatment. Options include integrating the outpatient and inpatient program to provide seamless transitions of care for the patient, thus improving reimbursement and overall patient care and satisfaction.

Revenue Cycle Implementation: ProVision Hyperbaric will work with your facility to evaluate existing managed care contracts and revenue cycle processes with the aim that the facility is appropriately compensated for its services in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.

System Implementation: ProVision Hyperbaric will begin implementing the licensed system and training staff during the development phase. This will ensure that the staff and clinic are ready for the first day of operation.

Soft Opening to Grand Opening: Operations will begin with a Soft Opening on Day One. The facility will open its doors without a lot of attention allowing the clinic, with ProVision's ongoing support, to become more organized during the first few weeks. After the the soft opening, the clinic will be ready to receive a larger number of patients and the formal Grand Opening can be scheduled. A special event will be held as a way to promote the program and state that the clinic team is ready to serve patients in a proficient and professional manner.
